👉 Product not delivered.
👉 Refund not received.
👉 No proper response from customer support despite multiple calls, chats, and emails.

This delay has wasted my time, money, and peace of mind. I trusted Boat but this experience has been highly unprofessional.

⚠️ Final request – Process my full refund immediately and share confirmation within 48 hours. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter legally through Consumer Forum, RBI chargeback, and public platforms.
