I have a concern regarding my return with Order Id - BW[protected] and Sub Order Id - BW[protected]. I created the return request on Monday which is 11 July and till now there is no update on the same, I want to add that the order is picked from the address on the same date, and till now it's been 11 days no update and the return product has delivered to bata warehouse on 18th of July. for proof (Dear customer, your Bata Reverse pickup with AWB[protected] & pickupcode DLVPC10501xxxxx is picked successfully. Status on www.delhivery.com. - Delhivery)...And for this return request reference number 313292.
so for getting the order update i made a call to customer support then I had a conversation on the phone with one of the people from the Customer support team and over the conversation, he said you will get a link within 5-7 days for filling bank details. And after filling in the details you will get your amount because this order is of cash on delivery. so i wait for the time period and after time is over and there is no any update from their side so
Again I made a call on 17th of July and i had a conversation with one of the customer support team and she said that there is technical issues on our side for the payment link you have to wait for 2-3 days to get the link...so I'm ok with that to waited for more 2-3 days...and again there is no any update...
So After that on 20th of July i again made a call to the customer support and I had a conversation with Name Aditi she said that 'sorry sir' for the inconvenience now everyone thing is fine and all the issues with the payment gateway link is resolved now...and you gonna receive the link in next 24-48 hours...but again nothing happening ...
So again i made a call yesterday on 21 of July and again he said the same thing and added that i generate a urgent request for your return you gonna get the link in 2-3 days...So I was frustrated that time so I said him to transfer the call to your senior executive then he said sorry sir every one is busy right now I have arranged the call back for you from our executive don't worry, you gonna receive the call from our executive in next half an hour but nothing like this happen no calls nothing, and they don't even replying to our mails.
This is how BATA treat their customers thay take us for granted.
I have a humble request to the bata to please listen to our concern and do the needful.
