Your hospitl is responsible, if my patient dies. He is on normal oxygen bed, covid positive, Oxygen level less than 70, having Astma, liver problem, pneumonia.

His condition is getting worst minute by minute and requires an immediate shifting to ICU. However, doctor has clearly declined by saying that we do not have ICU beds available.

I beg you to pls help and save my patient's life. He is in room no 481 and his name is Bhupinder Singh.

Pls help. Pls.

    It's very difficult to communicate radiology department as they never provide report on time, not behave with patient appropriately, doctors not providing report on time. It's a continuous problem facing at the center but their is no option with whom we can speak. I don't know by what time or anyone from staff will actually look into this problem.

      Hi,
      I went to batra for gaal bladder removal.
      I have been admitted on 21st march, however I went for tests on 19th march and asked them when will my admission starts and they told 21st march however during my discharge they have added it from 19th march.
      Similarly the doctors have given me the medicines that is not available in hospital pharmacy but outside.
      However the salts are similar as we checked with the chemists.
      As of our experience the hospital seems fraudulent. We demand a good lookout on this matter.

        Dear Concern
        Today 1 bike already parked outside emergency ward and same time i also park my bike at that place but i was with my patients and i told security give me 5 minutes once i release patients in hospital and i will remove my bike.
        Within minutes your security (Mr.Bhojraj) behavior was panic and he was used unprofessional word's with me.
        His reaction was completely dominant, shouting when i was just requested because i have patients with me.

        Please Take some necessary action against this security because security should be helping not for rules in hospital.

          I'm srinivasan, This is regarding batra hostipal's reseptionlist. I'm taking treatment in batra's hospital nearly one and half years. But now I'm facing problems for 2 months, reseptionlist "MRS.NAGASUDHA" is not responding in a proper way and she is not conveying the informations properly regarding treatment and doctor consulting. This problem occurred for more than 3, 4 times. Please solve the problem with this issue, Thank you.

            She suggested some test accordingly we did the same
            And advise us to show reports and no revisit will be charged but reports are not provided by your immediate so we have come on 9 .01 .2021.today they are charging and forcing me take new card
            This is very disappointing
            I denied and returned as disappointed with poor service

                Dr. Batra's all clinics are the most lasy places exist, no body wants to work there, and the way they talk is absolutely unprofessional, its like they just do not know their job, and when asked the only answer is, will ask and tell you, they give medicines in hand, I mean the best way to advertise yourself, no envelope or carry bag is given even after requesting for it, they do not even explain you how to take the medicines, waiting lines longer then years, our biggest mistake was to enroll to them for sure, will never recommend DR. batra to any one ever, nor will I continue, once I finish my course and they do not give refunds.

                  Sir, please look out your hospital otherwise one day your hospital will face serious problem, last Friday I visited to the imaging department the person who are responsible to attending the pateint he replied in every question with harsh manner, if he is not able to resign reply, he must be resign their job . After that there is no number system only jugaad waley deals with first in place of serious pateint situation, another in the washroom it has been so dirty .if wash room is not clean then what you have take safety fees for every pateint what is the purpose to take this money. Another I have visited to the Dr himtani all girls are only do Panchayat not helping the query personal, if some one asked for something she always said dur baitho doctor bulayenge. Very very pathetic situation and service, I recommend this hospital to lower grade down in Delhi . Please don't go these types of places ...jai hind .Modi ji aapki scheme swach Bharat mission ki aise taise Kar Rakhi hai in logo ne please jarur dhyan de. Jai hind..

                    I went to batra hospital on 8-7-2020 where I made the hospital slip through my mother's BPL card. After that we consulted with doctor, she wrote some test for my wife and one for me, but these tests could only be done after getting signed by the senior doctor. We had to wait for a long time for that, than they said "we don't treat infertility test" ... I'm surprised and disappointed that they are not treating patients equally... I think they're discriminating because we are BPL card holder because it wasn't mentioned anywhere that they don't run those tests. Even the gynecologist said that we can get these tests done here also. When Delhi govt. is already working best to provide good and free health services, I hope they look into such hospitals too where hospitals deny tests depending on if you're a BPL card holder.

                      Batra hospital tpa department is running a scam where at the time of discharge they ask for extra money inspite of final bill paid. My mom was admitted for 4 days from 11th may to 15th may, final bill was 1, 21, 516 and my insurance paid 95134. As per my insurance final bill i was advised to pay total 26382. That covers total bill ie 95134 from insurance and 26382 from me. But hospital was asking me to pay 29929. I asked them why should i pay extra money when there is a final bill document stating to pay 26382. They kept asking to pay my mom was in recovering stage i didn’t want to let her wait and i didn’t argue and advised i will come later to clear this

                      When i came other day they still asked extra money to pay i have no idea what to do then i called my insurance and made them understand whole situation. Hospital argued with my insurance too and asked them to send again in writing about the amount i need to pay. My insurance said we already sent this in writing and in email the amount patient need to pay, after all of this i could clear this. And they then had to accept final bill amount.

                      I found this suspicious how many times they do it with customers they play with patients feelings and time, my mom was admitted 3 months before too and i now found that time
                      Too they took extra money and i didn’t notice that time. They are stealing money on daily basis like this.
                      Please review and take strict action let me also upload documents.

                        My mom got operated for laminectomy on 10th may 2019, and on 14th of may we have been told by the doctor, that the policy doesn't cover the insurance more then 3 day under this treatment.

                        I spoke to the insurance company (Medi assist) they said we only conclude the treatment once doctors say's the treatment is completed.

                        My mom was not recovered (Not able to move & sit) and hospital submitted the final bill without our consent and asked us to come back after 1 day and they will readmit her.

                        I had to book the ambulance and transfer my mom to another hospital in critical situation. Whereas batra hospital clearly denied to continue the treatment of her.

                          This is to inform you that batra hospital of delhi of room no.36 insurance department whom ask claim from insurance company they don't do work as patient is heart problem they have to submit report according to heart but submit all other report and one report of heart then how can insurance company will give claim so resolve this problem.

                            Batra hospital in usg department asking for the photocopies of all the documents which are for their official purpose like photocopy of bill, prescription, identity card, etc which the hospital should do on their own. For these photocopies we are asked to pay rs. 2 per side of the copy in the hospital cafeteria. Hence indirectly the office work of photocopies are also being paid by the patients and the inconvenience is also there. The scene is completely of a government hospital with the only difference being the charges which are not like govt. Hospitals.

                              One week back my grandmother was admitted in batra hospital and was very critical and was in icu of 5th floor old building. After one week of medication we didn't notice any changes in her health so we discharged her and brung back home. Then we came to the the fact that she was very badly treated in icu by their staff members and it was disappointed and blood boiling to know.
                              If i'll not get any serious response in 24 hours i'll go to the higher authorities.

                                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                                  I am admitted in batra hospital on 8th March 2017 for stent removal surgery and discharged on 9th of March 2017. My insurance Cover under TPA of Vidal and my insurance company is Oriental. After surgery the whole bill generated by hospital is 38689.00 and my insurance company after deducting 10% co payment they approved 34, 316.00. remaining balance of Rs 4668.00 including miscellaneous has have submitted cash in hospital, after submitting a person in billing department ask me submit 4570.00 more in hospital. I told him sir you total bill is 38689.00 and 34, 316.00 has been approved by insurance company and reaming has been paid by me. then he start shouting over me and misbehave. Even i call insurance representative reading this issue, in front of him. Insurance company representative told me not to pay single penny above 4668.00 and Amount of 34, 316 has been approved from there side but that person not listen any one not even insurance company representative.

                                  Finally i am patient standing in the front of that guy for last one hour(forget name : i think :- Ranjeet singh - Billing Department) with my family person loses my passion and submitted 4, 570.00 more in counter. now total amount payed by my side is 9, 238.00. After that when i reached home i again call back to insurance company of clarification. They told me way you pay more if 34316.00 has been approved form over side.

                                  Never understand what kind of foolish staff appointed in this hospital with misbehave and rode.


                                  I am come this hospital for last 10 years even my baby girl is born in this hospital and i have operate stone surgery of my left and right Kidney. In past my experience with batra hosiptal is good but only because of that person now i am disappointed . Can any one take action against him or help to return my money back.

                                  I am not leaving this person so easy. If this matter is not sort out i am going to consumer court.

                                    I am raghav kumar who visited free opd on saturday for his right knee instability.
                                    1.Supposed doctor Sunil grover(orthopaediciam) didn't came to opd, some one
                                    else came and advised me for MRI but to first go to doctor Sunil grover.
                                    2. When i met dr. sunil after waiting for atleast 4 hour, he refused for MRI and
                                    asked me to visit aiims for my treatment as they and even said for sure without MRI that i have acl tear in my knee.

                                      Batra hospital near sangam vihar(suoth Delhi)... I[censored] r going for pregnancy its a very bad hospital becoz i hv bad experience in pregnancy, you will be leaved stranded in hospital and no buddy would attend you, take care of you, no siiting space for resting for patient attendant, and moreover every time doctor would advise u everything is normal but at the time of delivery they will insist u for operation giving some reason... In every 10 only one case goes for normal delivery.

                                      Overall very bad experience in Batra Hospital... I will never visit again.
                                      and suggest u to chose other option.

                                        This is to inform you that dr. S. K chaudhary who is a neurologist at batra hospital is a very rude & unprofessional doctor. Out patient mr. Vir singh is admitted to above mentioned hospital since last 1 month and in medicine icu under dr. S. K chaudhary's observation. We have been trying to get connected with this doctor but unable to interact with him on current situation of patient. Last time when we met him, he very rudely responded that you patient don't talk to me and you can try if he can talk to you whereas our patient is in coma and unable to talk to nay one. This doctor also says that he cannot do anything and if we want we can take him anywhere else. Our patient's condition is very serious and we even don't know whether right treatment is given to him or not. I really urge you to pls forward this complaint to respective authority so that some necessary action can be taken
