Bb Daily — non-delivery of milk packet at block d of goyal complex, ahmedabad on 31 march 2020 and 1 and 2 april 2020

I am residing in goyal complex flat no d-51. The society has six blocks viz, block a, b, c, d, e and f with 10 floor and 4 flats on each floor located in a compact area with only one entry and exit point. The society has not imposed any restrictions on persons delivering essential services to the residents of the society. On 31 march 2020 morning when i got up i found my basket empty meaning the milk was not delivered. I inquired with my friend residing in another block - c subscribing to bb daily service and was informed that milk was delivered to their block in their bbdaily basket at doorstep. On inquiring at bbdaily chat support i was informed about the new service that as societies are not permitting therefore the milk is delivered on security gate but that was not the case as other blocks a, b, c, e and f were receiving doorstep delivery of milk.
On inquiry at security gate it was informed that the bbdaily person had handed over the milk to security without bothering to inform either the residents of d block that they can collect the milk from security gate nor providing the details of milk packs to be delivered. Since this is new kind of service and we the residents of only block d were selected from among all the six blocks for providing deficient bbdaily service at our doorstep. Your milkman at his discretion has decided not to deliver milk to residents of the d-block and the bbdaily is continuously recovering the charge for delivery to the doorstep without providing the contracted service.

The above complaint of the above deficiency in service was informed to the call center of your bbdaily service at[protected] on 31 march 2020, 1 twice on 1 april 2020 and again on 2 april 2020. However, all the time it was informed that a callback will be arranged but neither i received callback nor the issue is resolved for delivery at doorstep no details of action taken to ensure delivery at doorstep was informed.

The worst part of the whole thing is that i have paid advance to this company and will have to walk to the society gate all my life until the advance is recovered to collect milk pack, etc.

You are requested to rectify the deficiency in service else arrange to refund me the amount deposite in the wallet as i plan to subscribe to the service provided by a local milk vendor that provides much better service than bbdaily.

It is ridiculous to note that the support service at the chat, phone and email are all non-responsive. They assume that we the consumers are fools and the dogs will stop after barking for few days/ month/ years.
Bbdaily is shamelessly recovering charges for deficient services.
