Bbdaily — Fraud promise about delivery | |||||
I order milk products and delivery planned on 11 nov 2021 and when I did not received my order I was checking with Bbdaily help chat and they promised within 60min I will get my order. After 60min when I asked they said I will get in 30min and when I asked after that time they said sorry for inconvenience we will escalate this matter but nothing happened a day and finally when I asked to raise complaint they refunded with email that customer has returned the product. Now again on 13 nov my order was planned and when I did not received I did the same process asking on Bbdaily help chat and they said I will get my order within 60min but I did not and they questioning the order has been delivered according to their record. I told them I did not received which I can prove with my socity camera and before delivery we get notifications to approve for delivery boy entry. Even my Milk box is empty on my door. Later after so many discussion they said we will escalate and I will get call from them and still waiting for call from 1hr and no refunds as well. Putting money into Bbdaily wallet is waste of time and interest and Bbdaily using that money investing somewhere considering whole india customer lobby. This kind of fraud Bbdaily is doing with their customers. I lost my money and no even courtesy to apologise and refund the money. I have all chat incidences what they talk.
