[Resolved] Bbps — Electricity bill payment | |
I paid electricity bill on 1 July 2021, from Airtel app. Amount debited. Transaction successful from airtel. But still showing overdue. BBPS transaction ID not generated. So, unable to raise the issue on Airtel app. Was this information helpful? | |
Jul 24, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I don't know from where the complaint got sorted but my bill has been paid. I tried on bbps website, but OTP failed. So I contacted them about OTP failure. It's within a week.
I was thinking it may take long, but to my surprise it happened in just five days (even though today is fourth Saturday, holiday)
Thankful! Though it were just 470 rupees, yet it got sorted really fast. | |

Also I tried from bbps website. But I am not getting OTP to proceed with my query.
