I had paid my Electricity bill on 17th Aug from source of online payment. But again on 24th Aug, through the smart pay option the amount has been deducted from my credit card account.

On sep 24 i paid electricity bill through canara bank mobile banking. The transaction is successful but bbps status is failure. I need to refund my money...

I was paid my electricity bill through bbps using Vijaya bank mobile app. Amount Rs-22129 was debited but bill was not paid and i have neither got any transaction ref. Number from BBPS. Even i got transaction details from bank. i was tried with bank and Electricity office but they not take any responsibility. no one know where is my money and there is no reply from BBPS. Since Last 3 month i'm bother. Please suggest...

Payment of rs692 to apspdcl on 04012018 through bbps is not sucessful. My account is debited but not credited to concerned biller account.
