Unauthorized credit card payment

I had paid my Electricity bill on 17th Aug from source of online payment. But again on 24th Aug, through the smart pay option the amount has been deducted from my credit card account.

I paid electricity bill on 1 July 2021, from Airtel app. Amount debited. Transaction successful from airtel.

But still showing overdue. BBPS transaction ID not generated. So, unable to raise the issue on Airtel app.

I don't know from where the complaint got sorted but my bill has been paid. I tried on bbps website, but OTP failed. So I contacted them about OTP failure. It's within a week. I was thinking it may take long, but to my surprise it happened in just five days (even though today is fourth Saturday, holiday) Thankful! Though it were just 470 rupees, yet it got sorted really fast.
Also I tried from bbps website. But I am not getting OTP to proceed with my query.

    On sep 24 i paid electricity bill through canara bank mobile banking. The transaction is successful but bbps status is failure. I need to refund my money

      Dear sir/madam,
      I was paid my electricity bill through bbps using Vijaya bank mobile app. Amount Rs-22129 was debited but bill was not paid and i have neither got any transaction ref. Number from BBPS. Even i got transaction details from bank. i was tried with bank and Electricity office but they not take any responsibility. no one know where is my money and there is no reply from BBPS. Since Last 3 month i'm bother. Please suggest what should i do? details is given below

      NBPDCL consumer no.[[protected]]
      Bil amount rs. 22129/-
      Trn. Date: 15 June 2019
      Mob. No. Is [protected].
      Ref no.in bank statement: BBPS/[protected]/VB01A025ZGHX

      While i was tried to register my complaint through bbps entering above mobile number and transaction date message comes that:-
      No transaction found for this mobile number in given date range.

      I have not got any trn. Ref. No. & there is no complaint can submit without trn ref. Number. And there is no any other way to submit complaint in this situation

      There is not receiving call by them.

      So bbps is not reliable.

        Payment of rs692 to apspdcl on 04012018 through bbps is not sucessful. My account is debited but not credited to concerned biller account.
        The transaction dt 04012018
        Ref : sb[protected]
        While lodging complaint in bbps, it is showing "no such transaction with ref no".
        Please resolve the issue and refund my amount.

        Sir, I billi pay on 2 Aug 2018 but till time bill not updated & generated from mobikwik app. side but amount deducted. What happened problem, inform to me . Many times I connect to app registered helpline number but no any response. I say to this very bad service call me [protected] any query

        I paid my electricity bill through my Airtel payment bank on BBPS but it was not successful and the account never got refunded. I raised the complaint no. AP[protected]. But it never got attended.
