Be Safe Kit — refund not received

I purchased “dettol hand sanitiser” on 5 april 2020, hence they don’t deliver my order.
Well as per them government not allowed to deliver.
Well it’s not my problem, but they should refund my total money of rs.550.
So i request my refund on 28 april 2020, and they initiated my money on 4 may 2020.

(They said your money will be credited to your account on 15 business days)

But i still not received my money and it’s going to cross a month.
If not refunded my money in 1-2 days, i will take strong action to this company.
As i will case on consumer court.
As they cheat their customers.

But you will not get any reply regarding any problem you face.
