I had ordered infrared thermometer on 19th May 2020 by paying online Rs 2300/- but till date neither item delivered nor the amount refunded against refund request.

Also there is no replies to the emails sent on their support email address nor any contact numbers available.

Can anyone to get my money back....

Sir,
I placed order for the purchase of two infrared thermometers on 20th may 2020 by paying the requisite amount of rs 3600/- (Rs thirty six hundred only) through net banking. I got acknowledgement also specifying order no. 5712.
So far i have neither received the infrared thermometers nor refund amount.
Kindly look into the matter and try to supply the infrared thermometers or refund the amount.

I was order a parcel few month ago but they haven't delivered it in the time they are given. They take long time so I cancel the order and ask for refund. They approve it. Be safe kit admin says that 15 days under I get the refund but 30 days gone but I haven't received any refund. Order id is 1667 refund id is 5612. There website says that refunded but I still have not received any refund.

कोरोना का ईश्वर भला करे। besafekit का सामान खरीदने का ऑर्डर करके जब कस्टमर ही सेफ नहीं हो क्योंकि न तो आर्डर का सामान मिला और नहीं पैसा वापस। अगर कोई सेफ है तो besafekit की कंपनी, जो कि अपने कस्टमर्स के साथ धोखा कर रही है। मेरी दिलीकामना है कि धोखाधड़ी में शामिल सभी लोगों को धोखे की कुल राशि का कम से कम 50 गुना अतिशीध्र भुगतना पडे।

I placed order on 31st march (Value was inr. 448.20)
Neither its delivered or refund the money back.
This site dont have any contact or customer care phone no as well.
Sent them mail at [protected]@besafekit.in several times, but no reply till date.

I believe its a fraud online site & cheating to the common people..
Stop buying from them immediately..

They are making people fool.

I have not received a refund of order no 4651 which was cancelled a month back. It is showing that refund is processed but not yet received in my account. I got email from besafekit that my refund is processed but they haven't really refunded. I had raised complaint on their webpage and also wrote several emails but no response at all.

Plz don't order from be safe kit it's a fraud website. It’s just taking money from people

I was purchased the health products on 26th march 2020 by prepaid rs 963/ but till date they haven't deliver my order nor any response from to the company. In this crucial situation they fraud to me. Please take a step & arrange to deliver my order as soon as possible.

I had placed order of dettol instant hand sanitizer - 200 ml 2 bottle amounting to rs 550 on 18.04.2020 against the order no.5393 through the besafekit.

The order was not delivered till 06.05.2020, therefore, i had to cancel the order on 07.05.2020.

However, no amount is credited in my bank account till date. The company neither delivers the product nor refunds the amount on time.

I ordered through besafekit site on 5th april 20 for one be safe kit vide order no 2404 and amount rs 499 paid through debit card. My order remain pending till 10th april and thereafter the process of despatch took place. The consignment never reached to my location and display on your tracker shows returned due to non deliverable at your pin code. I then started process of cancellation of the order no 2404 on 23rd of april 2020 but no response. I again initiated the cancellation on 24th april and then i got a reply that refund is under process. But of no use. The tracker system shows processing after 29th april. I again used their chat system and got reply on 3rd may that refund is under process, in another reply i was informed that refund will be initiated after receiving back the consignment.in response to my query about refund i got reply vide chat that refund will be paid through the same route it initiated and this may take 15 working days. If you don't received the refund during this time please mail to support @besafekit for action. The tracker is showing status of my order cancellation as approved, but of no use, no refund rec'd till date after cancellation of my order on 23rd april.
This is my experience with the sister concern firm of hindustan chemicals company. One may call it either appreciating or disheartening it is his choice. I don't appreciate the casual way of dealing with the customers and their grivances. I remain in regular chat contact but no reply. Ironically i was compelled to cancle my order due to non delivery of consignment and it was not my fault.

I have ordered for sanitizer spray for car vide order no. 5761 one 23rd may 2020 and paid rs. 599/- online.

I have not received any confirmation mail not the refund of the amount. When i track the order, i am getting message as, the order number was not found

I’m writing this with regard to horrible experience with besafekit website at difficult situations when local stores weren’t stocked with sanitizers trusted this site who promised to deliver sanitizer and mask and placed an order on april 2nd with order id1670. After waiting for a month and without delivery i had to cancel the order on april 26th.. It’s been almost 50 days and there’s not action on the same. Seeing other similar complaints here makes me request you to take strict action on fraudulents like these taking advantage on situation!

I ordered 4 bottles of dettol hand sanitizer on 04.04.2020 for an amount of rs.900. Order no.2121.

Product was never received. However, they kept on saying that it may take some time but product will be received by you. But same was never received.

Finally on 03.05.2020, they stated that amount has been approved for refund and it shall reflect in my account within next 15 days.in case same is not received they asked to mail at [protected]@besafekit.in.

I haven't received the refund amount till date and i have mailed at [protected]@besafekit.in several times.

I purchased “dettol hand sanitiser” on 5 april 2020, hence they don’t deliver my order.
Well as per them government not allowed to deliver.
Well it’s not my problem, but they should refund my total money of rs.550.
So i request my refund on 28 april 2020, and they initiated my money on 4 may 2020.

(They said your money will be credited to your account on 15 business days)

हिन्दुस्तान केमिकल बड़ोदा की सह संस्था besafekit द्वारा मेरे आर्डर 2404 besafekit मूल्य रु 499 दिनांक 5 अप्रैल एवम आर्डर कैंसल 5549 दिनांक 23 अप्रैल का संदर्भ लें जो कि उनके द्वारा भेजे मेल के अनुसार अप्रूव स्तर पर है परंतु एक माह से अधिक समय के बाद भी वापसी नहीं हुई है। मेरे द्वारा besafekit को कई बार चाट और मेल द्वारा संपर्क का भी प्रयास किया गया पर बेकार। इनके शॉप मैनेजर द्वारा प्रेषित मेल एवं चैट रिप्लाई द्वारा सिर्फ आई वाश का प्रयास किया है। क्योंकि ये संस्था अपने अन्य ग्राहकों के साथ भी इसी तरह वाणिज्यिक संस्था के सिद्धांतों का मजाक बनाकर की जाने वाली धोखाघड़ी में लगातार संलग्न है। मेरी शुभकामनाएं इनके साथ हैं क्योंकि बिना किसी मजबूत मनोबल के आधार पर स्थापित कोई भी संस्था ज्यादा दिनों तक इस प्रकार के व्यवहार में लगातार संलग्न नहीं रह सकती और उसे प्राकृतिक न्याय के दण्ड का भागी बनना ही पड़ता है। मुझे पूरी उम्मीद है कि इनकी संस्था अपने द्वारा की जाने वाली धोखाधड़ी से पीड़ित ग्राहकों की शुभकामनाओं से फलीभूत होगी।
मुझे jd से इस शिकायत पर आपके स्तर पर कार्यवाही की उम्मीद है।

I had received this message on the 3rd of may.
I have been emailing them in their official website for the refund not received and not once i have been reverted back for the emails i send.

Total 4 orders 3752, 3813, 4977, 5109. 2 orders 3752 and 3813 initiated on april 9th. I was requested refund on 26 th april. Still not refunded. Other two orders 4977 on apr.13th 5109 on april 15th were initiated. Actual delivery date is may 5th. But not delivered.. Even site is not cooperating to request refund.. I want my money back as orders not delivered. Several times i was requested but be safe kit not at all taken care of customers. Please consider this mail as my complaint and petition. I m waiting for refund on emergency priority with in 7 days.
