I have ordered a sanitizer combo of rs.399 on 1st april with order id 1613 and tracking id[protected]. It is showing that 20th april out for delivery. But till now didn't receive the product. Can't contact with the courier company. If it can't be delivered how can i get refund the amount. I have mailed to the besafekit company. But don't get any response.

Despite writing and messaging they are not refunding my amount as they are not delivering my articles also. No one is resonding nor responding with proper answer. They are fraud cheat.

I have place order for hand sanitizers online and paid 399 to them on 04th april 2020 vide order number 1981. Initially it was showing the delivery date as 13th apr'2020 and later changed the same to 20th apr eod. Now when i tracked my order through the details shared by them (Tracking number[protected] courier company rocketshipment) it says it is out for delivery and please expect delay due to shortage of delivery staff.

I think this is a big fraud game that these people are playing in these extreme times of crisis. These buggers should not be left so easily and must be hanged to death for fooling people and promising them of supplying essentials which are badly needed to survive in this crisis situation.

I placed the order on besafekit.in website for hand sanitizer and the order placed successfully and from the past week the deliver shows in the process i contacted the support they do not reply till now i did payment with my credit card and they use payumoney payment gateway but from today their website stopped working help from this and i placed dispute on the transaction on my credit card also. And i contacted the domain register the website using and they 72 hours time to the owner of the website if failed they will block the website.

I ordered 4bottle of lifebouy sanitizer worth rupees 1200 and my ordered number is 3636 and 3638 and placed on 9th April,
At the time of order it's mention in its site that's this order will be deliver in 4 days till now almost month about the finish but their is no news of my order .
They have customer care email service which never reply thier courier service have customer care chat system and mention to be active between 8 am to 6 pm but when ever try in this time frame it's generate message that try again later wow great you keep trying from 8 am to 6 pm but nothing happen .One more intresting thing is their refund policy you need to refund it to the person ones he deliever to you the goods so no person will ever come for delievery so their is no chances of your money will get back

I don't understand in the time of extreme emergency when hygienic good become life saver If they couldn't able to deliver good at a time so why they make customer fool, It is not fair to play dirty game for money at the cost of people lives .
Shame on you

I am going to file a police complaint now

I order 2 dettol sanitizer on 6th april 2020 for rs. 550. My order no is 2881. My tracking no is[protected]. Stillnow the product is not delivered. He cheated me. When i said to cancel they said "after delivery you return this product and refund will automatically done"

They not deliver my product.

In this crisis situation i do not get the product or money... Pls do something

I have 1st ordered musk & hand sanitizer on 31st march 2020 from besafekit for rs. 224.00. Till today the shipment is not reached me whereas the tracking report displayed the schedule delivery on 18/04/2020 by end of days, but current status is blank. It is already 23 days past. Payment was made through online banking at time of ordered. They were supposed to deliver with in 5-6 days as displayed on website and it is a basic need & sanitizers for lock-down situation and it belongs to medical need also. But no one contracted me or not delivered the 1st ordered after many times e-mailed also.. Again i have ordered an ir thermometer of rs. 2499.00 (Payment also made) on dated 12/04/2020. The tracking report is shown the products was under packing till today and 10 days already passed to make a packing so i think it will be delivered next year. I have attached the tracking report with this complaint for your information.

I think it is a fake company and they cheated the public money taking this corona as an advantage. It was my wrong decision to measure the company's profile. I will file the complaint to the consumer forum and cyber crime cell after lock-down period.

I have ordered dettol sanitizer 4 bottles on 7th april 2020. They said they sent product through rocket shipping. But there is no company like that. I have emailed them for 3 times so they said now cancel the order and get the refund. I emailed them for refund but they did not answer. This is a big fraud company. I am going to lodge complaint on them. If anybody read this message plz contact me on [protected]. We all will fight to gether with this fraud company.

I ordered pack of two dettol sanitisers on 05 apr 20. They were to be delivered by the company in 5-6 days. The site has stopped working since. I received watsapp messages from a number initially. But even the number has now been discontinued. They haven't given me any tracking id. Money was paid to them. This is a fake company. I am not going to leave them so easily. Planning to lodge a police complaint if item is not delivered within 48 hours.

I ordered Dettol Instand Hand Sanitizer on April 3rd. Three days later I canceled the order. That day they received an email requesting that you get your payment back. It's been 10 days since the email arrived today but the money has not returned. And no email has been replicated.

25 days my order placed but not received my order

I ordered online for dettol hand sanitizer kit for the amount 450/- on 4/4/2020. Order #1938. But I didn’t receive the item yet which is expected on 13/4/2020. Nor could I reach the website besafekit.in. I am herewith attaching the order copy and payment receipt. Kindly do the needful to me or arrange for refund.

I placed an order online for dettol hand sanitizer kit for 450/- with payment id MOJO0404T05A02029977. But neither I received the item to be delivered on 13/4/2020 nor the company’s website is reachable . Kindly arrange for refund the amount.

Which was an online transaction. Now when i see his last, many days have passed and he has left from me, so i have not come to my orders so i request you that i should be refunded, i feel that i have gone wrong and i have been cheated because after deducting my money they gave a response and whenever i do not reply to any message.

Rocketshipment with reference number [protected], i serched for that shipmentbut i could not find they given a wrong number on shipment the name of the company, when i google it, it is not touching me anywhere and after detailing that tracking on it, then that ad is increasing. Now i have no response to them

Order #4697 was placed on april 12, 2020 but now website is not getting loaded. I did not receive any order confirmation from https://besafekit.in but i got confirmation from payment gateway.

I have ordered sanitizer through this site besafekit.in on 26-mar-20 however the product is still not delivered and they are giving false commitment that they will deliver asap but the main purpose of this company to generate more sale and do fraud with all. Now on april 13, 2020 the site is not working as they are near to lockdown period of last day. They do deactivated their website. I have made transaction of rs.250. Now this is something serious where i am not sure how many of people have ordered on this site due to lucrative offers. Let me know if anyone has face the same issue. You can write to me @ yogesh. Now when i see his last, many days have passed and he has left from me, so i have not come to my orders so i request you that i should be refunded, i feel that i have gone wrong and i have been cheated because after deducting my money they gave a response and whenever i do not reply to any message.
