Do not make the mistake of giving Be10x your payment details or signing up for their introductory workshops. Their business model relies heavily on aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics designed to trap you in financial commitments before you have a chance to evaluate them.
The Trap & Forced EMI Process:
After attending their initial session, I was targeted by their sales representative, Mr. Tushar Jain. He used extremely coercive marketing tactics to pressure me into making an initial payment. Even worse, he deliberately rushed an EMI/loan process, refusing to give me any time to think, read the terms, research the company’s credibility, or exercise a standard consumer cooling-off period. They manufacture a false sense o[censored]rgency just to lock you into a loan trap.
Unprofessional Support & Stalling Tactics:
Upon seeing the immediate red flags in their reviews and behavior, I immediately contacted Tushar Jain in writing to cancel my enrollment and halt the EMIs. I made it absolutely clear: nobody can force a product on a consumer, and it is my free will to reject it.
Instead of honoring my legal right to cancel, I was met with shocking unprofessionalism and arrogance from their customer support team—specifically from a representative named Mr. Avishek. Their team uses scripted stalling tactics, pretending to do "internal checks" to deliberately delay the cancellation of the loan mandate. They operate under the delusion that once they pressure you into a sale, your consumer rights disappear.
Forced to Escalate:
Because of their stalling tactics, I had to officially escalate this matter by filing formal complaints with my Bank and the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). It was only after I emailed Be10x stating that I had escalated the matter to authorities that they suddenly started responding to me and finally sent the 'Course Exit Form' to process the cancellation. You should never have to involve banks and consumer courts just to force a company to honor a basic cancellation request.
Final Verdict:
Be10x is operating a high-pressure sales scheme masked as an ed-tech platform. If you are considering them, save your money and your peace of mind.
If you are already trapped by their tactics, do not wait for their support team to help you. Immediately contact your bank to block the e-NACH/Auto-debit mandates and file a grievance with the NCH. It is the only language they respond to.
