I recently enrolled in a promotional webinar organized by Be10x, which was advertised as an opportunity to learn AI for just ₹9. During the webinar, Be10x heavily promoted their AI Masterclass course priced at ₹63, 000 and asked participants to pay an enrollment fee of ₹4, 838 to secure a slot.
On March 10, 2025, I made a payment of ₹4, 838 via HDFC Credit Card to Be10x, with the transaction ID MT250710077000010279269, for their AI Inner Circle Masterclass. However, upon further inquiry regarding the course content and detailed module breakdown, I found that Be10x was unable to provide satisfactory responses to my queries.
During the webinar held on March 10, 2025 (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM), Be10x instructors, Mr. Aditya Kachave and Mr. Aditya Goenka, assured attendees that they would secure high-paying jobs (₹20-30 lakhs) or significant salary hikes, with a double refund guarantee if these promises were not fulfilled. These claims now seem misleading.
I was later asked to attend an introductory session on March 17, 2025, where I was assured that my concerns would be addressed. However, my queries remained unresolved, and instead, I was asked to pay an additional ₹58, 000, which I declined.
Since then, Be10x has not responded to my calls or emails. I have also found multiple complaints (76 in total) against Be10x on the Indian Consumer Complaint website, further reinforcing my concerns regarding their business practices. Given that I have not availed of any services, tools, or sessions related to their AI Masterclass (starting on March 23, 2025), I request a full refund of ₹4, 838.
