I am filing this complaint against Be10x Company for indulging in misleading practices, misrepresentation of services, and poor consumer support.
Details of the Case:
On 31st August, I enrolled in the Be10x introductory workshop by paying Rs. 10.74.
At the end of this session, the company introduced a 6-month program priced at Rs. 28, 000+, offering a so-called early bird discount.
When I asked for program dates and details via chat, the company representatives did not provide any clarity. Instead, they repeatedly stressed on booking immediately, stating that only 30 seats were available.
Based on this misleading urgency tactic, I booked the course at the early bird price of Rs. 4, 838.
After payment, I researched online and found numerous complaints that Be10x is involved in fraudulent activities and that the program does not deliver as promised.
After accessing the course, I discovered that the content and services do not match the commitments made during promotion. The quality is unsatisfactory and several claims were misrepresented.
I have repeatedly tried contacting Be10x through their given numbers and support channels but have received no response, reflecting poor service and lack of accountability.
Grounds of Complaint:
Misrepresentation of course content and services.
Use of high-pressure sales tactics without disclosure of complete details.
Failure to provide proper customer support or grievance redressal.
Refusal to entertain refund requests despite unsatisfactory services.
Relief Sought:
I hereby request the forum to take appropriate action against Be10x Company and direct them to:
Refund the full amount of Rs. 4, 838 paid towards the program.
Take action to prevent such misleading and unfair trade practices against other consumers.
