Be10x — Fraudulent Behavior - Failed to Refund My Money

The Be10x company offered an online workshop called Office Mastery's Excel using Chat GPT & AI Tools on Sunday, June 30th. During the workshop, they discussed their Office Mastery Program and pressured us into paying 12, 200 Rs for the course and 2, 196 Rs in taxes in two installments on 30th June and 5th July claiming that there were only 30 special slots available with bonuses (MS Office 365 package, GPT 4.0, Prompt Engineering, SQL, Python, Financial Freedom Mastery, etc.).

After the payment, I visited the course website and was extremely disappointed with the content, prompting me to seek a refund. I first contacted them on WhatsApp on the same day of visiting their course website, but they suddenly mentioned a no refund policy that was not disclosed during the workshop. They left my message unseen and responded with irrelevant auto-generated content.

I called one of the Be10x employees and spoke to him about the no refund policy, but he abruptly cut the call and has not responded to my calls since. Their customer support is inadequate; the only ways to reach them are via WhatsApp or email. Despite reaching out through email, I have not received any proper response till date.
