I enrolled in a course offered by Be10x in November 2024, expecting high-quality content and promised benefits as advertised. However, after purchasing the course, I found that the content did not match the claims made on their website and promotions. The course was misleading and did not deliver on its promises.
I immediately contacted Be10x's support team multiple times, requesting a refund as per their policy. However, I received no response despite repeated follow-ups. This lack of customer support and failure to honor refund commitments is highly unprofessional.
I am requesting an immediate full refund for the course, as it did not meet expectations and was marketed with misleading claims. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter through consumer protection channels.
