Be10x — Refund of Money

I have taken their AI mastery course from the BE 10x before on 8th Oct 2023
from that day i am continuously contacting those people because they haven't provided any effective despite saying we will give all the course details and certification even session for AI mastery course, but they haven't conducted yet even after 1 year also they are not picking up our call's and they took 14000 rs 9(us and not picking up the call . I want my money back at earliest please help me on this. please refer to the snapshot i have attached
