I had bought a FLiX (Beetel) Blaze 120 Wireless Bluetooth v5.0 in-Ear Comfortable
Sports Neckband with Hi-Fi Bass Stereo Sound Driver, Upto 10H
Playtime, Lightweight, Advanced Controls & in-Built Mic
(White)(XNB-N10 from Amazon it is not working properly, its buttons and dialer switch is having problem. The product is in warranty period. I want to claim warranty. I have also mailed my problem in customer.[protected]@beetel.in but i have got no response. Please provide me the procedure and give me your official email id in which I can send my problem officially.
