Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Payment deduction refund

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I tried to recharge my metro card on 21/09/2022 at Vijayanagar Metro Station, Bangalore. It shown pending and I tried 3 more times with a total of 4 attempts, but all the attempts tried were shown pending. On asking the metro station help desk they said it will be refunded within 3 days and they also assured that payment is not deducted. But after 3 days all the 4 payment attempts made were successful. 2 days back when I approached the same metro station once again to ask for refunds they told to raise the complaint along with screenshots of payments made for getting refunds. Please look into the matter once and make the refund as soon as possible.
