"Let me tell you in brief: I typed 'hi' and selected 'buy ticket, ' then chose the stations and opted to pay using the UPI option. However, I got redirected to PhonePe, and by mistake, I entered the wrong UPI ID. I received a message stating that I had entered the wrong UPI, and you also sent a message saying that if money was deducted, it would be returned within 7 days. However, the previous 'pay using UPI' link was still active, so I thought it was just a wrong pin error. Consequently, I clicked on the same link and successfully paid the fare of 55.10. I never got a QR scanner through WhatsApp.

Now, let me ask a respected BMRCL one question: While clicking on the same link after the initial failure was my mistake, I agree, but in terms of customer user-friendliness, you could have blocked the 'pay using UPI' option after it failed. It seems there is a bug in this process, and I believe launching the WhatsApp QR scanner happened months ago. You must be aware of this bug, and it feels like you are being careless with Bangalore people's money. I request you to block the payment link if it fails, so that customers won't click on it again. Also, please be honest about the refund process; if you're not going to refund, learn from Myntra or Amazon on how perfectly they handle refunds.

Please do one favor for the people of Bangalore: ensure that the QR code scanner is either sent through WhatsApp or that the money is refunded promptly within a day for those who have faced this issue."
