For my metro card recharge I made a payment of ₹300 through UPI.But, it was in the processing status for a very long time and I could not recharge my card at that moment .So, I had to buy a ticket and continue my journey.But after 20 mins ₹300 got debited from my account and the next day when I went to the person in the ticket counter, he says recharge cannot be done for yesterday's payment. And He asked me to raise a complaint to refund the amount.
So, i request you to refund the amount of ₹300.
