Berger Paints — About berger painter/contractor

On 14 feb 2021 Enquiry Lead LD[protected] i request for whitewash/painting my house C-83/42 govindpuram ghaziabad 201013. Berger paint quaution 1, 57000 thousand dated 24/2/2020 accepted by me and gave promise to complete the before coming holi means 28/3/2021. berger gave responsible to his own recognise painter Mirza shahzed Beg with mobile no.[protected] supervised by Saroj kumar thakur and phone number [protected]. i gave 50, 000 on 25/2/2021 as a advance to berger paint for start working as per estimate .copy attached of bond, form 26 feb work start, on 27 /2/2021, painter Mirza shahzed Beg used normal putty on wall although in estimate only waterproof putty must be used by the contactor, i complaint to supervisor about this issue . from 25 feb to 18 /3/2021 only 30 percent work completed only, this is the big trouble for me, on 18 /3/2021 without completed and finishing onsecond floor, painter Mirza shahzed Beg start work on first floor .on 19/3/2021, without doing sanding work in presence of Mirza shahzed Beg his companion doing putty on the wall, my wife rakhi opposes, but Mirza shahzed Beg not stopped working, finally my wife call me told about this type of work, i again call to Mirza shahzed Beg asking about work, Mirza shahzed Beg reply that this is the right way, againt i told that this is wrong and give warning for telling company supervisor then he stopped work, and next day means 20/3/2021, Mirza shahzed Beg againg doing same work on the wall as i warn previous .my wife again call me and tell about this incidence as before i call Mirza shahzed Beg than asking about work, again he reply i doing right, then i stopped work, then Mirza shahzed Beg left my house along with companion. i suffer very much, time period to complete the work is over, i request you to give my money back and take necessary action against Mirza shahzed Beg, otherwise please arrange painter completed the work as per estimate
