Best & Crompton — geyser tank damaged within 3 months | |||||
I am eventually loosing trust on crompton as service became worst. I am facing continuous problem from 25th april 2019 my first compalint number [protected] with continous follow up your company customer care number as given your website are[protected] and or your distributor name (M/s care n commit) address : gs1 india - august kranti bhavan, 2nd floor, 31-c, mohammad pur near, africa ave, bhikaji cama place, rama krishna puram, new delhi, delhi 110066 @ number [protected] I have called so many times till date today[protected]. This is too much I have submitted the service request on 25th april and there is no concrete response received from you after sending escalation email. Sr no : [protected] is the service number and geyser is still under warranty with tank replacement policy for 5 yrs. I'm requesting crompton for returning the same, but not agreeing and not providing any service. Its very pathetic part of their service after purchasing their product.
