16 led bulbs were purchased from the company on 25th april, 2016. However, few of the bulbs were faulty, and so, we had applied for a replacement of the product and it was duly informed to them on 5th may, 2016. After failed attempts to get status updates regarding the replacement, the customer care of the said company, stopped responding, by either not picking up the phone call to them, or just left in between of phone calls.
The replacement happened, with yet again some faulty products, on 4th july, 2016. We returned the product again, demanding a refund and the courier charges for the 2 times, the product was returned.
Despite informing them via emails, we only got automated responses.
We got a sms on 15th november, 2016 that we will be getting the refund but to no avail.
The customer care has stopped responding to our emails and calls
