Due to pandemic we had suspended meter reading activity as per directives of MERC and consumers were billed on estimated basis. The estimated units were on lower side for residential consumers as the billed units were of March month where the consumption is generally on the lower side. However, after obtaining actual meter reading re-estimation is done and under billed units (during the lock down period) are charged in this bill month after giving due slab benefits. You can now check your adjustment charges for your Consumer Number online on http://dashboard.bestundertaking.net/
