As our society is going for SRA plan we require electricity bill for November 1999 and December 1999 and January 2000, it was held in the name of Mr. Udayraj Yadav. Consumer number K03488384.Kindly help us with the duplicate bill for the period mentioned.

    Hi,

    I want to bring to your kind notice that in the month of December 2020, I have paid twice the BEST electricity bill Rs. 840/- on 24/12/2020 on 05/01/2021 through Kotak Mahindra Bank App.
    My BEST Consumer No. for reference. [protected].
    I therefore request you to kindly adjust the excess paid amount of Rs.840 in the upcoming/next electricity bills please.

      In morning at 09:40 a.m., dated 28/12/2020, while going to office, I stand to caught BEST Bus at "Dindoshi Bus stop" but Buses were not stopping on this "BEST Bust Stop" named Dindoshi-Bus-stop which is situated in front of "Dindoshi Bus Depot" and it is happening every day.

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        As only Best services are available to travel for normal person we are facing much trouble in travelling.
        204 is the only bus in Goregaon west depot who have careless drivers they make their bus rest minimum of 45 minutes or up to 1hr even after arriving to the depot all others bus take not more than 15 min.
        And sometimes they charge the fare up to Kandivali station and even ticket printed is of Kandivali station but they allow passengers only up to mith chowki Malad west(I called it as scam) and we have no other choice not to stand another 50 min to reach our home, why these people are doing this????

                Hello cgsi.,
                I travel from bhandup to charni road everyday too and fro. I am facing lot of problem while travelling in the morning from bhandup to charni road
                I usually take 453 bus no.
                There are many passengers who travel from bhandup station east & kanjurmag.. No bus halts at the bhandup railway station bus stop
                I request you to arrange more busses to travel in this time slot from 8 am to 8.30am from bhandup railway station to wadala

                    Rash driving and signal breaking

                    On 20th september 2020 at around 9: 20 pm i was traveling on my bike with my dad on link road towards goregaon from kandivali.
                    This bus route no 204 (Mh01 ap 0240) was driving very rashly and when we stopped on red signal he was continuosly honking from behind was forcing us to break the signal even when vehicles were passing around.

                    Later that he was so rashly driving the bus that it could hv fatal to any other vehicles.br...

                    I hardly used 2 fans, 4 tube lights and 1 frig for hardly 12 to 15 hrs on an average in day.. But electricity billing authority issued bill of ₹2200 for the month of september 2020.
                    My monthly billing earlier last month's for year were mostly nearly ₹400. I'm using same electricity till now they have issued suddenly ₹2200 for the month september 2020 that was shocking to me. Please rectify if any mistake occured during issuing bill.

                          Today at around 7.15 pm i was driving from navroji lane junction towards east-west bridge, due to traffic i stopped my vehicle at the junction of navroji lane and cama lane, ghatkopar west, mumbai. Suddenly a bus whose driver was driving the bus rashly brushed my car from the rear damaging my back side.

                            Dear ladies and gentlemen,

                            I need to file a complaint against my electricity provider best.

                            I've been living in my apartment for a little over two years now - what happened to me during this time regarding power bills is unheard of in a civilised country like india - and it quite frankly boggles my mind how a company can act so fraudulenty against their consumers.

                            I was always under the impression that i paid way too much for our monthly consumption. We are a fairly modest family and do not turn on our ac very often for example.

                            I filed complaint after complaint with best directly, most of these complaints were left completely unanswered. Once i had a visitor from best who then showed me the meters in a seperate room in our tower - everything electronically controlled. Why i was being told over and over again that no physical meter reading was possible during the lockdown is beyond me; it is after all not a mechanical meter but an eletronical version that must be able to be read from afar.

                            On april 23rd i left mumbai to join my family in germany - we stayed there until 31st of july, hence well over three months.

                            Druing this time, two remarkable things happened: i was able to pull off a magic trick - three months in a row with the exact same consumption: 683 kwh, of course all with different bills.

                            The second story was our consumption while the apartment was completely empty (No fridge, no laundry, no dryer, no tv, once a week some ac, and some fans): i managed to consume way over 5.000 kwh in an empty apartment! This is two years worth of cosumption for a family of four, not three months in an empty apartment!!!

                            Please help me - i would really appreciate it.

                              I am writing a complaint in regards to the rising electricity bill. The electricity bill has been extremely high this month.

                              I have been paying my bills before due date and this is the response I get from you.I have been using the same amount of electricity as other months, and yet my bill is extremely higher.
