Bestatlowest.com — Amount debited but order not confirmed

This is to inform that I had ordered groceries on 12th November 2015 from www.bestatlowest.com. The amount was debited from my credit card however the order was not confirmed due to some technical issue on site. I Approached the customer care several times but did not get resolution only got a complaint no. which was of no use.
