[Resolved] Bestatlowest.com — Payment deducted but order not placed. No Refund

I ordered goceries from ask me grocery .com on 29 September at 10:45 PM. After applying Coupon the amount was Rs 3000.50. I made the payment via PayUmoney. The amount was deducted but the order was not placed. As the order was not placed No order id exist in the Ask Me Groceries. I called them at the same time and registered a complaint[protected]. They said they will call me within one hour but i didn't receive any call back. I called them again 4 to 5 times in next week and they just promised a callback in one Hour but i never got a callback. I opened an issue with PayUMoney and posting on Ask me Groceries Facebook page and after so many calls Ask me Groceries called me back and took all the details. Amount has been refunded.
