Please update the status ASAP, as no one is replying on this issue and taking any action to resolve the issue. Either deliver my order or refund my amount ASAP into my credit card account, as I have to pay my credit card bill if you people take more time in resolving this issue you have to also pay the interest amount of my credit card bill, also keep this in mind. You people are doing such a ridiculous job.
I had also raised the issue in consumer court.

This is to draw your kind attention that i had done shopping of groceries items on 23-Sep-2015, but the invoice was generated as a blank copy of invoice having no details of my booked groceries items. However the amount against the groceries items of Rs.1252.50 had been deducted from my credit card and the payment was successfully done with payment reference no. 149237. Although i had contacted to your customer care over phone but no one from your team was able to resolve the issue. They always said that our my complaint had been raised and our concerned team will contact me in 1 working hours. But since 23rd of sep 2015 no one has neither contacted to me nor had resolved the issue.
message received from my credit card that Rs. 1252.50 was spent on your HDFC Bank credit card on[protected] at ASKME65787.
complaints no. raised are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], but neither no one has contacted to me nor has resolved the issue. Attached is the screenshot of the blank invoice received after booking and payment done for the order.
So i would like to request you to deliver my booked items or refund my amount to me credit card account ASAP.
