Bestatlowest.com — Money not refunded - one month passed

With reference to Order No. AMBAL[protected] dated[protected] Time: 5:00:08, I have placed an order and paid Rs. 315 for the item but due to unknown cause the order was cancelled by askmegrocery.com.

Even after one month passed I did not received my paid amount back. Every time when I called to the customer care at [protected] only get a standard answer "wait for seven to ten working days your amount will be refunded".

Many seven and ten days are already gone but I am still waiting for my money get back to my account.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible before things get out of control.
