Bestatlowest.com — Payment charged but order didnt completed

I placed an order at bestatlowest.com site on 29th August but my card was charged for Rs 1383/- and order did not completed, error message was displayed on the screen. I called up your customer care number and they confirmed that no order has been received by them and cannot see anything in there systems. They asked me to contact my bank for the same. Now I have disputed this transaction with my bank. Can you please now check at your end if you have received any payment and refund that as order was not confirmed.
