I placed an order at bestatlowest.com site on 01st September but my card was charged for Rs 3005/- and order did not completed, error message was displayed on the screen. I called up your customer care number and they confirmed that no order has been received by them and cannot see anything in there systems. They asked me to contact my bank for the same.
