I placed an order at bestatlowest.com site on 28th September but my net banking was charged for Rs 777.75/- and order did not completed, error message was displayed on the screen. I called up your customer care number and they confirmed that no order has been received by them and cannot see anything in there systems. They told me that i will receive a call within hour and its been almost 20 calls and they have no responded
