Bewakoof Brands — Bewakoof.com Return Pickup Cancelled Without Reason | No Support or Response

I had ordered a Men's Maroon Oversized T-shirt (Order #[protected] from Bewakoof.com. I raised a return request as I did not like the product. The return pickup was scheduled, but the Delhivery agent cancelled it stating that I gave the wrong item — which is completely false.

I immediately showed the product and invoice, which matched correctly. I also emailed the support team with clear images of the product multiple times and requested a call through their help center. However, I have not received any proper response or resolution till now. The return is stuck, and no one from their team is helping.

It has been several days now and this delay is causing unnecessary stress
