I have ruturned the t-shirts, but didnt get the refund back after 10 days was over please solve my problem.

The t-shirt has been taken by blue dart ( waybill no. [protected]) on 7th november 2019, but still i did not get my refund.

I want to inform you that i had conversation with blue dart (Waybill no. [protected]) customer care [protected] they said parcel have been already received by you on address
