Bewakoof Brands — Order yet not received | |
I placed an order on 14th Aug'2021 from Rakshabandhan collection of Bewakoof.com. It was mentioned that it will be delivered by 21st Aug'2021, a day before Rakshabandhan. I didn't receive it, though my primary agenda of ordering from this collection was occasion. I mailed my issue, also contacted delivery partner "Ecom Express". The update on tracking site showed that order has reached my city on 17th Aug itself but was not in motion after that. Got response from both parties that issue has been prioritized and will get resolved by 24th Aug citing that it was delayed due to some internal issue. "An internal issue because of which it cannot be delivered in same city in 4 days". Again on 24th, I didn't received it. Mailed again. Contacted delivery partner again. Same cycle. bewakoof.com customer care reply was "Issue will be resolved in 48-72 hours" (Response I get whenever I mail). New update from delivery partner that my order was misplaced hence not delivered. But has now reached city so will be delivered in next 4 days. (Same city delivery, takes 4 days). In every mail I requested either get the delivery done, or initiate cancellation. Every person from team assures that it will be resolved in 24-48 hours of will initiate cancellation. But nobody has any whereabouts about the order I placed. Nor cancellation is initiated. This is a horrible experience I have ever had. PLEASE THINK BEFORE PLACING ORDER.
