Despite earlier communication from Bhanzu confirming the refund process and requesting my PayPal/Bank details through the prescribed form, the refund has still not been processed.
The required form and all requested details were submitted from my end on the same day. Bhanzu had also communicated that the refund processing would take place during the second week of May after verification and audit of the transaction details.
However, the committed timeline has already passed, and no refund, transaction details, or confirmed processing update has been provided till date. Instead, only generic responses stating that the matter is “being worked on” and merged with an ongoing ticket are being received.
This continued delay despite completion of all formalities from my side is causing unnecessary inconvenience and never-ending wait. Was this information helpful? |
