Enrolled my son in Bhanzu in March 2026 after a demo session. During enrollment, I clearly told the agent (Rauf, via WhatsApp call) that I only wanted to try the program for one month to assess my son’s interest and progress. I was explicitly assured that my card would NOT be charged automatically after one month, and that an academic advisor would contact me before renewal to seek my approval.
Unfortunately, none of this happened. On April 5, I discovered that my card had been charged again without any prior notice or consent. This directly contradicts the assurances given to me before I signed up.
Since then, I have tried reaching out through all available channels, including WhatsApp, email, and the parent app, but no one has responded. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I am formally requesting the following:
1. Immediate cancellation of my subscription.
2. A full refund of the unauthorized charge.
3. Confirmation that no further deductions will be made.
I have already withdrawn my son from the program as his interest level is low and he is not benefiting as expected.
Additionally, repeated missed calls (one or two rings only) without proper follow up have added to the frustration. I have also tried contacting Rauf, who handled my enrollment and collected my card details, but he has not responded to my calls or messages.
This experience has been very disappointing. I expect Bhanzu to resolve this matter promptly and professionally.
