[Resolved]  Bharat Employment — Fraud

I was called by Bharat Employment Mr. Vikash Sharma, offering me a job at Hyatt Residency in Dubai and offered a package of AED[protected], for An Admin Officer.
I was than asked to go online, on their website and was made to register myself for 'Personality Boost'. I was told that i would have to make a payment of Rs. 2100/- (12.36% service tax was not mentioned but deducted when i made a payment through Paytm- Debit Card.

I was told that this would be the only payment required. Following this payment, i was transferred to another department who asked make another payment of Rs.5999/- for the verification process. At this point, I told them that I didn't have that amount with me. I was told to use my other cards or to borrow money from my family, to which I straight away refused.

I told them at this moment that i need my refund back of Rs. 2100+12.36% Service Tax.

He transferred me to the HR department. At this department, another guy spoke to me and told me that if I don't have the money now, they will deduct the amount from my first month's salary once I get the job. He asked em to email him my CV, highest educational Qualification Certificate and current Employment proof.

In the morning today, I thought of checking on google about this company, to my shock I realised that a lot of people are being lured by this fraud Company.

So I made a call on the Number [protected] - I asked him to call me back. He called back in about 10 minutes from the office number. I told him that I am not interested in the job. He just cut my call. When i called him back on his cell phone, he wouldn't answer.

I happened to record the last call. I want to sue this company. Can any one help me out?

your executive know my card details like 16 digit card and cvv number and last lastly he says aapke account se sara amount deduct ho jayega and payment details and all snap shots to registration details outherwise i m going on cyber crime police

Still we have not recd. any call & mail regarding job from Bhart Employment .
we continuously send mail as a reminder but not getting any call & mail form Bharat Employment consultancy.

Please be aware & do not deposit any money to this fake & fraud consultany.

Bharat employment is fraud and cheater. Bharat Employment Person contact number is [protected] mail id [protected]@bharatemployment.com [protected]@bharatemployment.com customer care number is +91-[protected].

Please consumer complaints services look out this problems. It is a serious issue.

i also had payment to bharat employment 2 years ago. n they cheated me also. that time i did nothing against them.bcoz dont have any idea. but today i got a call from consumer service n he told me you had payment against job to bharat employment.tell me your atm card details and bank details..really bharat employment is fraud.plz punish them.

on my mobile on 02.02.2015 i.e. From bharat employment.com.
Mr. Mohmad called me and he told me that bharat employment provides job consultancy services. He told me to pay 2359 rupees & promised following offers
- by paying 2359 i will become lifetime member of bharat employment
- bharat employment will offer job opening to as per matching my job profile & to my nearest job location
- he told me that they have current opening in top companies such as LG in my nearest location
So after satisfy with their answers to my queries i paid amount of rupees 2359 through net banking
After that Mr Akhil from verification department called me he told me that i have to pay rs 5700 to process my profile further. I refused to pay the amount. He told me that this is compulsory amount to process my profile further. He said without this no further process is possible, then I shouted him in other language, then after he will call me from him personal number & their language is to third class guy & Company.

Here it is request to Plz refund my money Rs.2359/-
