Hi,

I have been consistently trying to reach my relationship manager since 3 weeks now. He is not picking up my call. He is not sharing any profiles with me, as promised on a weekly basis. The person who sold me the deal is not responding my calls as well. I do want my money to be refunded if they cannot provide the service as promised. I do not stay in India, but I would not mind to come to India if needed to lodge a complaint againt Bharat Matrimony. Please guide me what options I have.

I dont know i have unsubscribed more then 50 time so that i should not get anymore mails from them but still i keep on getting mails again and again even on my number...my email id is [protected]@gmail.com
