This complaint is put for cheating fraud by Assisted services of Bharat Matrimony for profile I'd R3694838. I had registered on Bharat Matrimony for my daughter just to understand how this site works. Even before I realised she was approached by Executive Mr. Veera and convinced and coerced by assuring her elite matches and stated that he was offering her special discounts. She wanted to discuss with her mother. It was late night and she was unable to contact me due to time zone issues. He asked her to make a payment by credit card for 325 US dollars towards the service and told her that if she decides that she is not happy or sure of this service she will be refunded. Initially she thought she will have to pay in Canadian dollars and was really not having the funds even. Mr. Veera assured her refund is possible and hence she paid. I. The following week we tried to contact him and he shared just 2 profiles. Later he seemed not reachable and disinterested as now they had received the payment. Within the very first 10 days I realised this was a money making racket and my daughter had a hard time to pay her bills even. Both o[censored]s wrote and insisted on a refund. His Manager Mr. Chandan then assured us refund and Ms. Deepika who is a.senoir person in Assisted Matrimony Services gave me a written confirmation that refund will be processed by March 15. My daughter awaited for 2 months but no refund came. When I approached them several time they just kept on postponing and are now just not answering my calls or messages. I m extremely unhappy with their profiles and services. I am cheated to the tune of Rs . 25000/- without any services. Pls help me get a complete refund.
