[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Bharat Matrimony - Auto Debited themselves without any notification | |
Bharat Matrimony has debited amount from my card without even notifying this to me. I don't remember that they have their auto debit option visible to all while making the payment and by default its enabled. We as member know when to renew the membership, not by yourselves Bharat matrimony. I am bit worried that how many of them impacted already such this kind of activities. I need refund back. How come can they do such fraudulent transaction and saying there was auto debit enabled by default. Please help to confirm how this can be taken care further with this Bharat matrimony site. I have been sending many email to your customer service help desk. but not single reply from your help desk. Since you initiated the payment for security reason, I have blocked the card which was was used for the payment earlier. You guys also agreed to to refund, but how this can be done now?
Please ask your help desk team to respond customer queries properly and promptly. if they respond properly, we will not be having this conversation here in this forum. So please ask your team to respond to my email.
