[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Bharat Matrimony auto renewed my subscription without my permission | |||
Bharat Matrimony has debited by renewal charges without my permission. There was no intimation prior the debit date. When I spoken to customer care, they are denied the transaction. Verified Support Mar 26, 2021 Bharat Matrimony Customer Care's response Hello Bharat Dongare, We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this issue. We wish to clarify that, we offer the auto-renewal option, as it enables uninterrupted service to customers. However, we have provided an option to turn OFF the same, since you had kept the “auto renewal” ON when you paid for your membership, your profile has been automatically renewed. This is already explained on our “Terms and Conditions” page. We would like to confirm that the refund for your auto-renewal payment has been successfully initiated by us. Without my consent bharat matrimony aurorenewed the subscription of my relative. When I contacted the customer care they are very rude and not at all hearing what I am sayingTheir sales excutive called and got my card details and did subscription for the first time. I was not informed about autorenewal and even I didnt get a reminder call for renewal. I want my amount to be refunded immediately to my credit card.
