[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Bharat Matrimony auto renewed my subscription without my permission

Bharat Matrimony has debited by renewal charges without my permission. There was no intimation prior the debit date. When I spoken to customer care, they are denied the transaction. Bank has confirmed that transaction has been done.

The services are very poor.Need justice & wanted my money back.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this issue.

We wish to clarify that, we offer the auto-renewal option, as it enables uninterrupted service to customers. However, we have provided an option to turn OFF the same, since you had kept the “auto renewal” ON when you paid for your membership, your profile has been automatically renewed. This is already explained on our “Terms and Conditions” page.

We would like to confirm that the refund for your auto-renewal payment has been successfully initiated by us. You should see the fund credited to your account/card within 7 business days.

Without my consent bharat matrimony aurorenewed the subscription of my relative. When I contacted the customer care they are very rude and not at all hearing what I am sayingTheir sales excutive called and got my card details and did subscription for the first time. I was not informed about autorenewal and even I didnt get a reminder call for renewal. I want my amount to be refunded immediately to my credit card.
