[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — customer care executives will contact when they need payment

No customer enquiry about their service, availability of profiles etc. They contact me only when they want payment. Its better to go for robbery. Executive called me min 5 times per day for payment. After the payment no enquery from their side.. I activated with paid membership on may 2019. Executive continuously
Called me to make payment. Finally i paid. After payment i got a query
From bharath matrimony on nov. There is no call from their side
Between this period. They called me during the renewal time. They need
Only cash. No support from this executive. They need only insentives. Bad
Customer service. No i renewed my membership. Before payment contacted
Executive agreed that will give better support. Still no call from this
Executives. They wil call after 3 months to renew the pack again. Its
