I have registered my daughter profile with Bharat matrimony after duly complying with their laid down procedure. The registration process was completed after they generated ONE TIME PASSWORD which was sent to me for entering in the registration form.
About a week back I received an enquiry regarding the profile of my daughter which was registered as mentioned above. They have informed me that the profile of my daughter is deleted/deactivated.
This is a shock to me as the profile was deleted with out any intimation to me.
My enquiry with their office revealed that, on a complaint from some other client that my phone number is not picked, the profile of my daughter was deleted. The office staff of Bharat matrimony was absolutely reckless in answering, though they have arbitrarily deleted the profile .
They have caused me terrible mental agony inspite of properly complying with their precedure for registration of my daughter profile.
Now I don't even know when it was deleted. The registration is done only upon payment of 6 months fee.
This shows their lack of responsibility towards the client and the attitude - absolutely reckless and arbitrary.
I am submitting my grievance against Bharat matrimony seeking justice against total recklessness, deficiency/failure in providing service and arbitrarily deleting profile generated on my behalf with out any reason.
I request suitable action be initiated against the firm and staff for the above mentioned reasons.
