I recently created my p1771423 and i am continuesly after every hour getting calls for upgradation of my account and for some other things. I am a service person so i am very frustrated from this. Please stop this and i want to delete my account bcoz i am engaged somewhere plz stop this and i am also unable to delete my account on this. Kindly improve your services

    Hi,
    I am sushma I have created a profile in bharat matrimonial for my sister (Suman) 1.5 month back for personalized service .
    The profile id is H742113

    The Matrimony girl has insisted me a lot to open the account .She called me several time and convinced me that I will get the service .
    But after opening the profile within 2-4 days she told me that she is not able to find the matches as per my requirement and she asked me to change the requirement.I had a discussion with her and told that if you cant give the service then please dont ask me to change my requirement.
    I requested to provide me the service or to return my money .I paid Rs 13000 /-

    She said i'll get the money back in my bank account.But its now 1.5 month i did not get my money and not even the service.

    I lost my trust..I called many time to that girl and she gave no of a guy to follow up.
    Both of them are not lifting my call. I called customer support as well but that also did not work..I am fed up with this kind of worst service

    Please give my money back.

      deletion/deactivation of profile

      I have registered my daughter profile with Bharat matrimony after duly complying with their laid down procedure. The registration process was completed after they generated ONE TIME PASSWORD which was sent to me for entering in the registration form.
      About a week back I received an enquiry regarding the profile of my daughter which was registered as mentioned above. They have informed me that the profile of my daughter is deleted/deactivated.br...

      The girl named saranya Natarajan she spoke to me for more than eight months, she told me her brother saravanan is a small kid, we can do register marriage and followed by a simple reception. I trusted her and we went to her and asked her mother named Jagathaimbal. Her mother accepted.After two days we called her brother he told we are not interested. Her family members are saying what ever she spoke is general, the girl is working in computer filed, she will speak like this only, so is there any assurance that if we should marry and give her to you. Then i asked to the girl saranaya even she told that i am working in computer field Whatever i spoke is general things and then she blocked me. So beware of such girl and family ...Atlast the girl asked me to delete all the messages, photos etc., i have blurred certain things. Be careful of the girl and her family. To take action bharatmatrimony asked for evidence i gave them, but in turn i asked the proof that u guys have spoke only to the concerned person., but they denied to share the proof.

        Be Alart. Bengali Matrimony is most third class Matrimony. Totally fake. I have lost almost 10 thousands in this company. Most of profile Fake, duplicate. I harras lot after take Membership. Their executive also layer now realise. Never take plan with Mony because it is more Most THIRDCLASS service. They commitme Extended my plan 30 days due to fake profiles but not fulfill their commitment. I have lost money, time every thing. Please see my matter seriously and solve my problem as soon as possible.

          Had enrolled for Elite Matrimony. But its a scam! The company charged heavy amount of money for providing special service. But, after collecting the money the entire team has disappeared and there is no delivery of any service. In spite of repeated calls/reminders and escalating to various levels nothing is being delivered. Actually, it is worse than the normal free matrimony sites. In the name of Elite they fooling people This company is absolutely pathetic and terribly bad. ! They have NO special profiles database or connections at all. STAY AWAY FROM SUCH MONEY MAKING SCAMS!

            Hi All,

            I joined community matrimony 2 weeks ago and the person who assisted me in joining said that I would be able to transfer the membership to Kerala Matrimony if I don’t find good results. When I called last week to get the membership transferred to Kerala Matrimony, they said it will be done by 12th June. When I called on 12th The rep said it will be done by end of the day. When I called end of the day, I was told it will be 13th. When I’m calling today they are asking me to wait till tomorrow.

            This is absolutely unacceptable way of treating the customers. The reps were very polite before I paid the money and they have been exceptionally rude after that .It is my hard-earned money and I want to get the issue resolved ASAP or want my Money back ASAP. I do not want to wait any longer. I’m going to report this on the Consumer complaint forum and also on social media and would recommend my friends and colleagues never to trust you guys as you do not value customers. I want someone responsible to resolve this ASAP.

              My id is Y836496. My name is ritu dash. I requested to change my membership status from assisted to TUM of 1 yr status. Bit still is not resolved. Ticket no BM20725481 and BM20719720 raised against my request. But still pending. After deposit of money, tje bharat matrimony does not respond properly with his customer. Their service is just to deposit money from customer not resolve problem after deposit. Now i want to back my money after reliable fees cut of these days. I dont wish to be its member. So kindly return my money as soon as possible.

              This person has created fake profile and he talks in abusive language. His age initially was 34 and later it is changed to 27 years. Please be aware of such fake profiles and dont trust anyone in bharat matrimony and share any information. Unless if their parents call .

                I have 2 different profiles for 2 sisters in two different names and i enquired about the payment package for 1 specific profile and asked to send link to my messages. On opening the link i was routed through the payment page and made payment and highlighting the same to the team the next day both profiles are blocked.

                I have made repeated calls and enquired about status they informed saying i have never called them from registered number except 2 mins ago.

                On challenging them i have proofs i have called you to your company number they restated their words saying i called from different number in name of xyz

                I want justice to my money paid. I don’t want their non sense services.

                Just for money stating we are best service providers and snatching people’s money should be put behind bars.

                  I take paid membership for 3 months then again renual my plan for 6 months as per their request. But after take plan realised it totally fraud company most of fake, duplicate profile, wrong information and i inform through mail almost 20 times. But not get proper response. Now i want to refund my mony which i have lost or extended my plan 30 days atlist any one. Because i have lost time, faith, effortable mony everything. Most most thirdclass service fraud. So my request before paid mony fully varified. The cal and request for paid member because their executive have terget regarding paid membership and after spend mony u don't get service which they told. So be alart before membership.                   Hence, those profile will be not display in our site.

                  Basically this is a online service and we need supporting documents to validate your statement. Hence, we request you to kindly revert us with the exact screenshot and chat conversation, so that we can check and proceed further.

                    I received call from your employee mr. Vinay he ask me about my profile. I have create two profile one for my sister and one for me. My sister profile is for renewal. Then he call me by his personnel number. He ask me to renew my sister profile and he transfer the benefit to my account within one day. I renew my sister profile and didn't get benefit to my account. When after 8 or 10 days i check my profile from my side but the benefit get transfer to my account. Now i ask mr. Vinay to activate benefit on my sister profile that time he told me your profile is activated but i didn't see any number on that profile. After 10 days my profile get activated. I want my sister profile activated. My father call him regarding that he shouts ion him and told my father he have the recording. I call him and ask for transfer benefit on my sister profile which i renew and for the recording but he deny that. From that day not pick my call. He blacklist my number. I ask him about your andheri office address but he didn't told me. I request to activate my sister profile on which i renew and spend 4000/-. Else refund me money. Your executive cheated me. At the time of renewal he told me within one day i transfer my sister account benefit to my account and it will take more than a week. Kindly help me. This not expected form such a good organisation. He cahated me kindly help me.

                    Bharat Matrimony are making fool me. The sales employee Mr. Vinay fool me but still they say all things are right. HE thereaten my parents that he have all call recording, that is violation of Cyber Act. Cheap mentality of organisation which support fraudulent employee. Mis commitment to customer and achieve the target. If you have guts then tell me when I pay for my profile and when actually activate my profile. There is difference of more than 10 to 15 days. This is not expected. Very bad company and fraud employee. Don't trust on them. I simply ask ANdheri office address but you guys don't have guts to tell me your address. How cheap you are.

                      This is very sorry to inform you that your organisation used my credit card and debited my account with rrs 6700/- with out any my authorisation on 26-02-19
                      The transaction is not acceptable and i made a complaint to your help desk on[protected] when i noticed the transaction in my credit card statement. So far i did not heard any thing from your end
                      It is very unfair on your part usage of credit card without any authorisation
                      I demand to refund the entire amount with an interest of 18% which the credit card people charging
                      Hope there is no need to remind you in this regard. If you don’t return the amount i need to take legal action against you in this regard

                      Regarding the refund of auto renewal payment charged towards the Matrimony ID T4381891 .

                      We would like to inform that while making the payment by selecting the credit card option the auto-renewal option will be enabled by default and the profile will be renewed with the same package and amount. Also we provide an option where you can check the same while making the payment.

                      Also, we had also provided an option as membership Details in the my Home page to switch OFF the Auto renewal facility. Since this facility was not switched off, it has been renewed automatically.

                      Further, we do send mail alerts 3 times (before - 1 month, 7 days, 24 hours) before the renewal of the profile to turn off the auto renewal.

                      Further more, we have mentioned this information in our Terms and conditions, which you have agreed to accept while registering the profile.

                      Further, we have checked and found that, you have utilized the paid membership services post auto renewal of your profile and hence, we regret to inform you that, we do not have the provision to cancel the payment.

                      We request you to kindly login to your profile and continue using the paid services to contact the interested members.

                      Your reply is not at all satisfactory to me. How itcan be auto renewal when i specifically denied for auto renewal as you said i was not received anymail. Further please clarify when it is a cash transaction how you auto renew would you take cash from house with out my knowledge. Itis clearly cyber crime on your part and I don’t agree your usage and i am going to file police case as well file criminal case if you don’t refund the amount

                      I did not use your site after the dispute arised as you informed

                      Further your people are disturbing me for renewal as you think you freely avail again another auto renewal. Please note that you cannot use my credit card as a thief and say it can’t be refunded i already cancelled that card and there no chance of you for theft of my money this time

                      Please note i will go to court and get the justice with this type of cheap tricks your organisation will not run further

                      Please clarify when we are taking the membershp for three months what is the need for autorenewal we could have opted for one year or life membership

                      Further you said auto renewal will be done for same package and same amount. In this you debited my account with Rs 6700/ as against an amount of Rs 4100/- which i paid for previously. when there is an increase of amount rs 2600/- how can you renew my membership with out my consent. I request you to refund as your action is not justified . If you don’t refund the amount I definitely go to the court and police and can get the amount legally

                      Further please instruct your people not to contact me for renewal if they contact i will file nonsense case

                        This complaint to bring to your notice that bharat matrimonial website locality office has received our subscription amount but we are still not able to access all profiles of matrimonial sites so pls. Look after it and the localite staff (Mr. Abhishek sharma-[protected]) provided to us is not answering our calls and no other way to contact him and get any further details about this issue and if the issue cannot be solved than please refund the subscription amount paid by us for the matrimonial website use.

                          I sujit malik a having id b2282214 has not been renewed my existing combo package but after expiry still the package has been renewed by deducting rs5500 through credit card on 18 th april 2019. Moreover it very unfortunate & painful thing for me to say how the amount has been deducted without my consent!!???

                          Hence however, i strongly appeal to your concern that please refund my amount of rupees as i don't want to continue such package anymore.

                            Bm register id k1455181, we have paid the amount and register in bharat matrimony and the subscription was ended on may 4 2019. Bharat matrimony have dedited 4700 rs from the bank account without our knowledge. When we call the customer care of bharat matrimony they are not ready to pay back the amount which is debited.. They are telling we will not credit the amount coz you have viewed the profile.
                            My question is why they want to debit the amount without our knowledge, we have not given any written document to auto debit from our account
                            And we have not confirmed through phone and have not taken loan. To view the profile only they have created the application.

                              This website is completely a fraud.

                              1) for the same product, they charge their nri customers three times more than their customers residing in india. For example - the price of their till you marry subscription is about usd 370 for nri customers, and inr 8500 (Approx. Usd 122) for customers residing in india.

                              2) while their agents pretend to help by sending links for the payments in inr, their website does not accept credit cards from any non-indian banks for the payment in inr. So the only option for any nri customer is to pay three times more for the same product.

                              3) if you try to make payment in inr via international wire-transfer, their banks do not accept the wire.

                              4) if you contact their customer service: "helpdesk" or "wecare" @bharatmatrimony.com, they negligently repeat over and over: "we regret the inconvenience. We have not received the payment."

                              In a nutshell, bharatmatrimony, you should be ashamed of yourself for this fraud.

                                I had purchased the membership for rs. 4799+ on apr 10, 2019. So far they didn't provided suitable profile for my wife-in-law. If we contact customer support, they say you need to send request to the girls, as i'm already telling them, i had given several request, there is no response. Still they are inisting and randomly shortlisted or requested profile has been deleted.. And also sending false automated mails like girls are shown interest in the profile. As single month is not completed and 5 out of 40 contacts only used. I just asked for subscription cancellation and partial refund for remaining days and contacts access. But they are declining it. I need refund and if possible take appropriate action.

                                  First of all please don't again here "dear user, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We apologize for the unpleasant experience..." so on! You have not responded to me yet for the following complaints even after i emailed ([protected]@gmail.com) you to your [protected]@[protected]@bharatmatrimony.com.

                                  I am writing here with an ultimate dissatisfaction, disappointment and feeling of getting cheated by bharat matrimony. When i made a profile in 2015, one person named as sankar babu from bharat matrimony called and offered me "till you marry: option when i was not at all interested to be a paid member since i know that i would not be looking for a bride for next 2-3 years from then. When i mentioned this fact, he told me that under"till you marry option, i can go up to 6 years of subscription if my marriage is not happened by paying 1000 rs every year after paying 9800 rs for the first installment.

                                  As expected i could not find a partner for this time period since i was not that active in doing so due to some circumstances. When i ask them for renewing for the third time by paying 1000 rs, their response is that "we don't have that option to renew for 1000 rs". They have done the same drama during my first and second renewals. Interestingly i have received calls from them, all these periods, just before the renewal process asking me to pay 6000 rs for renewal. When i tell them i am under till u marry option they simply cut the call.

                                  When i repeatedly email them about the renewal they just replied the same "we don't have that option to renew for 1000 rs. I consider this attitude is so rude and absolute cheating a consumer who trusted them and paid them for what they promised. I expected they would keep their promise and trusted with a face value. But they made my impression wrong. I would have never ever paid them rs 9800 if this was their attitude and commitment to customers.

                                  What bharat matrimony thinks about it? You can give fake promise and make customers pay and cheat them with this looting attitude? When i simply searched in google, i understood that you are doing the same trick to so many people. I can tell you i will not let a single rs of me just fooled and looted by bharat matrimony like this fashion. How can you advertise yourself as the most trust worthy matrimonial when you cheat your customers this way, worse than street thieves.

                                  I do take this incident so serious and i demand: either they have to renew my profile asap with the amount they offered, which i have done already done or simply pay me back my full amount with bank interest since i have very rarely used their system and i had no interest at all to use their system and got fooled to pay them. I have secured and saved all my calls audio recording with you from the time 2015 in case if i need to use them.

                                  I expect a clear response from bharat matrimony regarding this to resolve this issue asap (Either renewal or refund fully).

                                    I have availed Assisted Services from the website by a paying a substantial amount wherein the primary service was to provide a Relationship Manager. It has been around 10 days and the team has not reached out to me. Further, the most unfortunate part is I have raised a format complaint with Complaint No BM20341630.

                                    The Customer Care Executives from different teams (that include Siva from Payment Assist and Anand and Mounika from Customer Service ) have been promising arranging callbacks and fake assurances that the issue has been escalated but to no avail.

                                    I am definitely going to caution my network of friends about this fraudulent practices and would definitely make sure the BM becomes more sensitive to customer service and deliver what they charge huge amounts for.

                                    I clearly request a refund of the complete amount.
