COMPLAINT NUMBER 1 -
We received an accept on BHARAT MATRIMONY of profile id H9389629 with Name ABHISHEK SHARMW on the 15th of January and got connected on call next day. It was requested that the boy wanted to talk directly with the prospective girl to which we accepted.
Right after talking for 3 days this boy made it clear that it was a yes from his side and was ready to get married soon. So, as it was a yes from both sides & we were about to take things forward, but this boy demanded 30000INR from us in the name of his mother's urgent heart operation. Firstly, we resisted knowing that they were strangers but post assurance from his father DK SHARMA, we sent the initial amount through GOOGLEPAY as it was requested from their side to not send money via online banking or any other medium as this no. is only supported through GOOGLEPAY. It showed that the no. was connected to HSBC BANK where this boy is working as Assistant Vice President HR MUMBAI BANDRA OFFICE. Post this amount, we were literally forced to pay another subsequent amounts of Rs.30000, Rs. 20000, Rs.25000, Rs. 20000 making it a whooping total of Rs. 1, 25, 000 Lacs in a span of 5 days.
Post these demands, their attitude (especially the boy because by now his father had stopped receiving our calls) towards us changed drastically i.e. not receiving calls or any messages, not connecting to our family and relatives. On 27th of January, the boy demanded for another amount of Rs. 12000 refusing which he requested for atleast Rs.5000/6000 urgently. This time his demand was rejected by us. After this, there was no communication from his side regarding return of our money or his mother's health or his take on marriage. It seems as though the boy just disappeared into thin air.
This type of fraudulent, tricking & trecherous behaviour is devastating for innocent people who are seeking an alliance for their children through such platforms. We want to file a complaint against this BHARAT MATRIMONY profile id so that other innocents will be saved in future by such deception .We also need an answer as to whether our money would be returned by any means after facing this type of cyber crime.

COMPLAINT NUMBER 2 -
This complaint is regarding fraud calls from BHARAT MATRIMONY. We are receiving calls with respect to renewal of membership plus these calls are not from authenticated numbers, spam calls to be specific. This issue needs to be highlighted as it has been going on since two months. The people on call pretend to be nice and helping by offering renewal of membership (by asking bank details) but as soon as they are asked about queries or help regarding fraud profiles, they hang up.
We need a permanent solution to these phone calls .

My father talked to his father exchanged pics and details and then he said we liked everything now the girl and boy can talk.
One thing was bothering me too much “He was too good to be Real”
Again I thought I am thinking too much, he claimed he has 3bhk in Mumbai well settled family and stuff.
After literally 2 days of only 10 mins each day Call he said he wants to come to meet me on which I said No, he insisted on which I said Cool your call.
On 9th May he called in the morning saying I have booked my tickets and hotel I said ok but your parents should call mine else I won’t meet you, he agreed.
On 9th he called me multiple times for few-2 mins, than at 8:30pm he mes and called me I was busy somewhere than I saw his mes saying if I can send someone 20k as his limit of Paytm and phone pe is over for that day I said No
Than he called me asking if I can Gpay I said No, he said ok after that no call no mes
I informed my family because the one who is claiming to have Mercedes 3bhk in Mumbai won’t ask for 20k from a marriage prospect.
My brother goggled and we found out he is a fraud using fake name and yes fake pictures
He is targeting different marriage platforms and yes different castes too.
So as an aware citizen I have informed Jeevansathi who apparently did not do much, I have found out the person too whose pictures are being used I informed him too on Instagram.
I am sharing this so that no ones hard earn income goes to such pathetic looser frauds.
