[Resolved]  Bharat Matrimony — Never pay to Bharat Matrimony - especially to assisted services

Do not pay to Bharat Matrimony - they defame people after taking their personal details. Do not create matrimony profile in this website or immediately remove it ! First, we purchased a basic package from them and then since we did not get any good results from the basic package we were suggested to purchase their assisted matrimony services. After showing interest to their assisted matrimony once, we were flooded with their calls and messages urging to pay for this service and got their executives' calls 4-5 times everyday. During the calls their executive made many big promises to convince me and my family to purchase the service. They said a relationship manager will be assigned to us who will share 4 profiles every week for our review and if we will be interested in those profiles he will contact them expressing interest from our side and will arrange meetings. After purchasing the package we got call from Mr. Aditya Mishra, who was assigned as our relationship manager. He did what was told to us by executive for first 2-3 weeks but then he started sending emails on his own to people saying my daughter is interested in them and respond if you're interested, when we had no interest on those people and to few we had already said no. I wrote him a warning email to stop defaming us with this act but he did not respond. Today is 17-Nov-14 and last email I received from him with a profile was on 20-Oct-14. Me and my daughter have tried to reach him over emails and calls several times but he is not even responding to our calls. We request a strict action to be taken against this company and Mr. Aditya Mishra for mentally harassing us and defamation.
