Its regarding commitment.Either your support persons are not adequately eqipped with information or organisational policy is not
up to the standard.Its been more than 15 days i have been waiting for and all the time same communication, we have taken your
issue seriously and awaiting confirmation from finance department.
As said earlier also, please provide a tentative date, when you people can process and make payment.

My name is Nisha (R1761426). I had taken your membership as on June 17th, 2015 by paying Rs. 2, 500/- . Your executive Raju from Bangalore office told me to take classic premium membership as I had received 1900+ interests. I asked him several times whether I had received so many interests, he said that I had received that many interests and since I was a free member I could not see those interests. He said that on becoming a paid member the interests would get transferred to your inbox. On becoming a paid member when I could not see those 1900+ interests I asked for a refund of Rs.2, 500/- on June 20th, 2015 i.e within 3 days itself.
The executive even spoke about refund and even his female manager but till now I have not received any refund inspite of many reminders/promises that I would receive my refund within 5 days.
All your executives only give false promises, make false commitment, con people of their hard earned money by telling lies.
Whoever is interested in loosing his/her hard earned money please join bharat matrimony. Worse site, worse customer service, unethical company, false promises and they all are cheaters.
Are you people running a cheating business of conning people by forcing them to pay, calling them repeatedly, asking for our bank details. Only frauds and cheaters ask money in such a way.
What is the status of my refund? Kindly provide the tracking number and the name of the courier service through which my cheque is going to be delivered?
