[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — not getting my refund against excess paid | |||
My Matrimony id is (Y1038631), this is regarding premium membership taken on 25th Feb 2020, The Executive with whom I was conversation she is Shaloni from Kolkata (Mob No-[protected] and [protected]). I wanted the membership in Bharat Matrimony for Classic Premium for 6 Months. She offered me the final price is Rs.5400 and when I pay it from credit card Rs.10900 deducted from card and same I confirmed to the executive and why it happened and she replied me after discussion with his manager it was our mistake by software and our system and we will refund you excess money within a week. I wait till 15 to 20 days when I didn’t get my money refund then again I try to contact to executive and now she is not picking up my call any more and then I sent massage on WhatsApp. Then customer support team they assign me a complain number-BM22389778. There is going to be a month still I didn’t get my money and the executive blocked me everywhere and customer support team also not helping me. I need my amount refund at the earliest.
