We have made payment on 17/02/2019 for renewal of membership on both tamil matrimony & christian matrimony (Combo). Tamil matrimony activated the same day. But our profile suspended by community matrimony for no reason. Our repeated reminders, and continuous mails on 20/03/2019, they activated our profile. Already 31 days lapse, they are not extending the days. We apply to refund the amount for the lapsed period or extend the period. So far no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
